Call For Papers

Manuscript Preparation

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

The paper must be original and unpublished, with specific results. The introduction should clearly explain the paper's unique aspects and its relation to previous work.

Paper Upload

All papers must be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word format via Microsoft CMT : Paper Submission.

  • Create an Microsoft CMT account before uploading.
  • Provide the title, abstract (maximum 250 words), and keywords during upload.

Note: Accepted papers requiring presentation must be registered. Only presented papers will be forwarded for inclusion into Microsoft CMT peer-reviewing process, subject to quality requirements.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee (TPC).

Guidelines for Paper Publication & Submission

Publication Guidelines

Publications: All accepted papers would be published in the Journal/ Conference Proceedings by Atlantis Press / Bentham Science / ACM / Springer.

  • Extended version of the selected papers would be published in Scopus / SCI / Web of Science / SCIE Indexed Journal/Conference Proceeding.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

  • Experimental investigation with specific conclusions.
  • Original contribution, not published earlier.
  • Case studies of industrial importance.
  • Simulation studies with practical demonstration/result.
  • Design of Instruments / Systems / Software.
  • Paper should not exceed 5 (five) A4 size sheets.
  • Figures must be inserted in .jpg format.
  • At least one author is required to register and attend the conference for presentation.
  • Maximum number of authors: 4 (four).
  • Email ID of the corresponding author must be mentioned.
General Guidelines and Policies

ICAIIE-2026 invites original research contributions from various fields mentioned in the Call for Papers. Clearly explain the context of your work.

Papers must be submitted before the deadline. Authors can edit existing submissions but cannot register new ones after the deadline.

Confidentiality

The review process is strictly confidential. Reviewers are volunteers and their efforts are appreciated. Misuse of confidential information is a severe offense.

Review Process

All papers undergo plagiarism checking (using tools like Turnitin). Papers with over 30% similarity are rejected without review. Final camera-ready submissions must have a similarity index below 15%.

Plagiarism

Plagiarism is defined as using someone else’s work without acknowledgment. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and considered a serious ethical breach.

  • Follow the standard academic ethical guidelines for investigation procedures.
  • All authors must ensure originality and proper citation of prior work.

Dual/Double Submissions

Authors must not submit the same article to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously. Submissions should not overlap with prior publications.

Attendance Responsibilities

At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Only presented papers will be sent to the publication partner for possible inclusion.

Publicity on Social Media

Papers must not be publicized on social media or press before official acceptance notifications are received. Violations may result in rejection or removal from proceedings.
